The hotel is situated in a tranquil area by the beach, which is perfect for relaxation and getting away from the busyness of other areas in Thailand. The rooms are neat and clean with attentive cleaning staff who ensure everything is in place. Breakfast, though not great, is OK, with a good range of TV stations. There are a few facilities that you can enjoy during your stay, including a rooftop restaurant with a view to die for.

During our stay at Casa Del M, we were impressed by the spacious and comfortable room, with a nice view of the surroundings. The hotel also offers a bike rental service, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff, in particular, a helpful North Indian guy, provided excellent assistance and made our experience enjoyable. Additionally, the restaurant had a nice view and the rooftop bar was perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets. I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and helpful staff.

If your looking for a quiet spot close to Patong but without the noise and people everywhere this is perfect. The staff were nothing but helpful and the free shuttle every two hours gets you into patong town. We actually booked another night because we liked and enjoyed the place sp much. If we ever come back to Phuket and Patong then we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

This is a new hotel with very friendly,helpful staff and the breakfast buffet and other food was excellent. Off the beach by about a 15-20 minute walk or a 200baht taxi but this was no hardship considering the standard of the hotel.

Room was spacious and has a good view from the balcony. Food was decent and the staff was helpful. The pool was also good. Location was near the main attractions of the city.

The hotel is located in a dangerous and isolated area and it made me feel uncomfortable. The shuttle service wasn't always on time and it wasn't always available and taxi rides were expensive.
